Jedną z wielu cech pana Armitage'a, którą uwielbiam, jest jego cudowny głos. I nawet nie dziwię się, że niektórzy określają Richarda Armitage'a, jako „człowieka o czekoladowym głosie”. Hmmm i niewątpliwie mają rację, bo tak jak spożywanie czekolady wpływa wyjątkowo kojąco ( no, przynajmniej na mnie), tak słuchanie głosu Richarda Armitage'a ma działania terapeutyczne. I prawdę powiedziawszy nie wiem dlaczego tak jest. Może „wina” leży po stronie mojego ojca, który czytał nam (czyli, mojemu bratu i mnie) bajki na dobranoc. A muszę przyznać, że ojciec ma cudownie męski głos, nie tak magnetyczny jak RA, ale równie wspaniały. W każdym bądź razie, może właśnie dlatego, gdzieś mam zakodowane „odpowiednie” reakcje na głosy podobne do RA. Jakiś czas temu blogerka Jonia na swoim blogu Jonia’s cut podjęła się próby wyjaśnienia fenomenu jego głosu. Możecie poczytać o tym tutaj.

W filmach emitowanych w różnych stacjach telewizyjnych w naszym kraju, trudno jest przez głos lektora, usłyszeć głosy aktorów, więc jedną z alternatyw, aby usłyszeć ich własne głosy jest posiadanie wersji bez dubbingu, no ale to jest sposób dla pasjonatów. A słyszeć głos RA w jego rolach, gdzie on dosłownie staje się postacią, którą gra jest naprawdę ucztą nie tylko dla oka ale i dla ucha. Jednak, jeśli ktoś chce słuchać jego i tylko jego głosu, to polecam audiobooki czytane przez Richarda Armitage'a:

Warto to zrobić nawet jeśli nie zna się dobrze angielskiego. Doskonale słychać każde jego słowo, co powoduje, że łatwo można je powtórzyć- czyż to nie jest wspaniała lekcja. Och, długo by można pisać o jego interpretacji wszystkich postaci. Ale szczególnie zachwycające są kobiece postacie w jego wykonaniu.

The Convenient Marriage ( CM) był moim pierwszym i przez długi czas jedynym audiobookiem czytanym przez pana Armitage'a, więc prawie znam go na pamięć. Niemniej jednak, w mojej komórce mam kilka fragmentów do posłuchania, tak na wszelki wypadek.  I właśnie dzięki jednemu fragmentowi CM poczułam siłę jego głosu. Nie wdając się w szczegóły, powiem tylko, że jakiś czas temu miałam „bardzo ostrą” wymianę zdań z moim bossem. I w tej historii nie ma znaczenia, że miałam rację, lecz ma znaczenie to, że wówczas byłam bardzo zdenerwowana. Chyba tylko moja duma nie pozwoliła mojej łzie spaść z rzęsy. Nie mogąc się uspokoić, wzięłam komórkę i zaczęłam słuchać fragmentu CM, a dokładniej ostatnich 7 minut. Zadziwiające bo z początku nie rozumiałam żadnego słowa, ale później zaczęły docierać do mnie pojedyncze wyrazy a potem zdania. I jak skończyłam słuchać byłam całkowicie uspokojona. Więc DZIĘKUJĘ CI PANIE ARMITAGE!!!

And I must admit that my father has wonderful male voice, not as magnetic as the RA, but also wonderful. The Convenient Marriage (CM) was my first and only audiobook which had of all read by Mr. Armitage, so I know it almost by heart. However, in my mobile I have a few pieces to listen to, you know, just in case. And some time ago I listened to part of CM and I felt the power of his voice. Without going into detail I will say that some time ago I had a "very sharp" exchange of views with my boss. And in this story does not matter that I was right, but it's important that I was very nervous at that time. Perhaps the only my pride would not let my tear fall from the eyelashes. Not being able to calm down, I took my mobile phone and started listening to the part CM, namely the last 7 minutes. Surprising because at first I didn’t understand any word, but I listened on and suddenly I heard the single words and then sentences. And when I finished listening I was completely reassured.
